My specialization

What I help with in individual therapy

Anxiety and Panic Attacks

Constant worry or sudden fear episodes — especially when there's no clear reason, and "just calm down" doesn't work.

Depression, Apathy, and Loss of Meaning

Loss of interest, lasting fatigue, or a sense of inner emptiness — even when everything looks fine on the outside.

Emotional Burnout

Exhaustion from work or relationships — when rest no longer helps and there's no clear way out.

Self-Esteem, Shame, and the Inner Critic

Sharp reactions to criticism, a feeling of "I'm not good enough," or a persistent inner voice that judges and condemns.

Recurring Life Patterns

The same situations keep repeating — in relationships, choices, at work — even when each time feels like a fresh start.

Codependency and Personal Boundaries

Difficulty saying no, feeling responsible for other people's emotions, or losing yourself in relationships.

Trauma and Loss

Painful memories, losing someone close, or an experience that won't let go — even long after it happened.

Loneliness and Isolation

A feeling that no one truly knows you — even among people, even in close relationships.

Adjustment and Life in Emigration

Nostalgia, living "between two worlds," or the sense that moving abroad changed you more than you expected.

How it works

Online Counseling in Canada

  1. Step 1

    Share Your Story

Message me about what's troubling you — I'll respond within a day and help you understand how we can work with your situation.

  2. Step 2

    Choose Date and Time

We'll find a convenient time for your first consultation, accounting for your time zone and personal schedule.

  3. Step 3

    Meet Online

Join the online session via video call, and we'll begin working together on the changes you want to achieve.

Video Connection

We meet online via Google Meet — it's convenient and reliable. If you prefer a different platform — no problem, we can connect through it.

Payment

I accept bank cards — Visa, Mastercard, Mir, Belkart, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment must be completed at least 24 hours before the session.

Common questions about individual therapy

Starting therapy is an important step. It's helpful to understand how this works before beginning. Here are answers to the questions I hear most often.

01How can I tell if therapy will help me?

If you feel stuck — in emotions, relationships, choices — therapy will give you tools to move forward. The first 2-3 sessions will show whether our connection works.

02What if things get harder during the process?

When we touch on painful topics, it can be difficult. But this is temporary, and I will be here. Real relief comes after experiencing, not avoiding.

03How long will it take?

Many feel relief after 2-4 sessions. For lasting change, 10-20 sessions are needed. You decide the pace — this is your process.

04What if I can't talk about myself?

The first session is not a confession. We start with what you're comfortable with. Many are surprised how easily words come when they're listened to without judgment.

05Does online therapy really work as effectively?

Research shows online therapy is just as effective for most needs. In this format, you often feel safer and open up more deeply.

06How can I be sure of confidentiality?

All sessions use secure platforms. Nothing said is recorded or stored. You can use a pseudonym and connect without video.

Write to me briefly what's currently concerning you and what changes you want to achieve.

I speak Russian and English fluently, understand the specifics of emigration and adaptation, will listen carefully to your situation and explain how therapy can help. We'll find a convenient time for the first consultation.
