My specialization

What I help with in couples therapy

Conflicts and Recurring Arguments

The same arguments on repeat — even though each time it feels like this time should be different.

Emotional Distance and Unavailability

Living side by side but feeling like strangers — or one of you has shut down and there's no way to reach them.

Jealousy and Distrust

Constant suspicion or an inability to feel safe with your partner.

Intimacy and Fear of Closeness

One reaches out, the other pulls away — and this dance keeps repeating no matter how hard you try to stop it.

Family Patterns in the Relationship

You notice your relationship resembles your parents' — or you've built it "in reverse," yet still end up in the same place.

Control and Power in the Relationship

One partner makes decisions for both, the other complies or quietly resists — and it's unclear how to break the cycle.

Relationship Crisis

A feeling that you've lost your connection or don't know whether your relationship has a future.

Infidelity and Rebuilding Trust

Betrayal has shattered trust — and it's unclear whether it can be rebuilt or whether it's worth trying.

Separation and Divorce

Deciding whether to stay or leave, or wanting to part ways without pain and resentment — with respect for each other.

Services & Pricing

Couples and family therapy

In couples therapy, we do not look for someone to blame. We explore what is happening between you and what keeps conflict or distance in place.

I help both partners hear each other, discuss difficult issues openly and safely, and find solutions together that strengthen the relationship.

When talking to each other feels hard, I'll help you truly hear and understand.

How it works

Online counseling in the United States

  1. Step 1

    Share Your Story

Tell me what's troubling you in your relationship — I'll respond within a day and help you understand how we can work with your situation.

  2. Step 2

    Choose Date and Time

We’ll find a time that works for both of you, taking your schedules and any difference in time zones into account.

  3. Step 3

    Meet Online

Join the online session via video call from anywhere in the world, and we'll begin working together on your relationship.

Video Connection

We meet online via Google Meet — it's convenient and reliable. If you prefer a different platform — no problem, we can connect through it.

Payment

I accept bank cards — Visa, Mastercard, Mir, Belkart, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment must be completed at least 24 hours before the session.

Common questions about couples therapy

Coming to couples therapy is a brave step. It's important to understand how the process works. Let's address the most common questions.

01What if one of us isn't ready to join?

This is normal — often one partner is more motivated. I'll help create a safe space where the other sees the value. Even skeptics change their mind after the first session.

02Won't therapy just make things worse?

Yes, it can hurt at first — when you start talking about what you've been silent about. But avoidance doesn't solve the problem. I'll help you through it safely.

03How long until things get better?

First shifts — better understanding each other — happen in 4-6 sessions. Rebuilding trust takes longer. But each session brings you closer to dialogue.

04What if we've already tried everything?

Therapy isn't advice on "how to make up." It's deep work on how you hear each other. Even if you've tried other things, this approach may be new.

05Does online therapy really work for couples?

Research shows online therapy is just as effective for couples. What matters is your willingness to be honest with each other, not the location.

06How can we be sure of confidentiality?

All sessions use secure platforms. Nothing said is recorded. What happens in the session stays in the session.
